- Every individual has the right to learn about the health services and facilities they receive at our hospital and to request all information about their health status, both verbally and in writing.
- During the diagnosis and treatment stages, our patients have the right to look at all files related to them and, upon written request, to access and reproduce all of their medical records.
- Unless there is no obligation, information about our patients' private or family life cannot be shared with third parties.
Health Institution, Right to Choose and Change Staff
- Our patients have the right to change the health institution, doctor, nurse and other health personnel they receive service from. Our patients have the right to see the position, title and identity of all doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel providing healthcare services to them.

- Our patients have the right to have a companion and accept visitors within the framework of hospital rules.
