Quality Management System

AS A QUALITY MANAGEMENT UNIT;

  • To ensure the coordination of the work carried out within the framework of Health Service Standards.
  • To evaluate the results of the analysis conducted by the department for departmental targets, indicators and indicators.
  • To identify and prioritize the existing problems in the hospital as a result of internal audits and self-assessments, and to carry out and ensure that improvement works are carried out in this direction.
  • To evaluate patient and employee survey results.
  • To evaluate the corrective, preventive and remedial actions followed by the unit quality officer.
  • To follow up the changes that may occur in the new and current standards.
  • To carry out training activities related to the Quality Management System and SHKS within the scope of the Terms of Reference of the Training Coordinator.
  • Preparation of statistical data requested by official organizations and sending them to the Chief Physician in order to send them to the relevant institutions.
  • To enter the statistical data requested by the Ministry of Health every month from the website of the relevant organizations.
  • Prepared within the framework of Health Service Quality Standards; to control written regulations, to follow the revision of written regulations.
  • To evaluate statistical information on service delivery.
  • To participate as a member in the committees determined within the framework of the SCCS and to follow up the meetings.

OUR COMMITTEES

  • Patient Safety Committee: The Patient Safety Committee was established to develop and disseminate the patient safety culture in order to reduce the risks related to patient safety, to determine appropriate methods and techniques to establish this, and to protect patients from possible risks and harms that may be encountered during the health service delivery process.
  • Employee Safety Committee: The Employee Safety Committee was established to ensure employee safety by creating a safe environment that will positively affect hospital employees physically and psychologically.
  • Education Committee The Training Committee was established to organize and control trainings on Ministry of Health Quality Standards in Health (QSS), In-Service Trainings, Compliance Trainings, Patient Oriented Trainings, etc.
  • Infection Control Committee: The Infection Control Committee was established to determine the methods for the effective and planned continuation of infection control activities in all areas where treatment and care services are provided in our hospital and to ensure their control.
  • Facility Safety Committee: A Facility Safety Committee has been established to ensure the safety of employees and patients in our hospital and to organize and control measures against potential hazards.
